Wiikwemikoong First Nation’s famous annual pow wow returns to Manitoulin Island August 2 to 4, 2025

The resurgence of the Anishinaabe nation is on full display in this most famous of annual pow wows in Wiikwemikoong First Nation. Come join the Remembering Project contingent that will be attending to visit the ruins of the Wiikwemikoong residential school, and then to celebrate the culture that survived.
